Animation Q

Hello people, a little animation question, not a hard one, but i can't figure it out

even worthless to create a threat about it, but since #esf-help only contains idle people who might be able to help i have to take the rough way and ask here ... not a habbit, i tryed searching but i didn't find anything really usefull.

Now i figured out how to animat, not that hard, but i made a really ****ty ass animation, but i would like to save it.. but how ??? and how do i move on to the next then?
