I made ref_powerup_charge for 1.3 goku and when i compile get this on massage window:

illegal parent bone replacement in sequence "ref_powerup_charge"
"Bip01 L Hand" has "Bip01 L Arm2", reference has "Bip01 L Forearm"
illegal parent bone replacement in sequence "ref_powerup_charge"
"Bip01 R Hand" has "Bip01 R Arm2", reference has "Bip01 R Forearm"

You're using improper bone names.

Change Arm2 to Forearm, Arm1 for UpperArm, etc.

It work...but i have another problem...in milkshape my animation is low...but when i open with model viewer it have a big speed.Whi? :\

thats something you set in the qc, while your animation is how you want it in ms3d, when you compile it with the qc, the sequence has a set "fps" in the qc file, so itll play to the speed set there. if you open the qc up in notepad you can fix this, just find the line for the animation

$sequence ref_shoot2_renzoku "ref_shoot2_kiblast" fps 30

thats an example of what youll look for, just change the number after fps either lower or higher depending on what speed you want the animation to be, i believe higher is faster and lower is slower
