We've seen a lot of great models on ESF-World, made by great modelers. One of those modelers has earned (I repeat earned, not recieved, cuz' I made it up) the Modeler of the Year award. But who?

He released quite a bunch of models at a time..

NeD or Enix is really good modellers.. but they havent released much to the public..

I'm giving my vote to kreshi as well. He's released so many great models, and he's even modeled for the EVM Model Packs. NeD and Smo are tied for second by me, and Enix is a strong third.

It would be between NeD and Kreshi imo. Kreshi has made more models of good quality, but NeD has better skins, albeit fewer of them.

I'll say quantity > quality and go for Kreshi.

the modellers i respect the most aren't known here
but in this order they are Psyk0pat, CortoCG, Mad_Axman/Super Vegetto
Psyk0 is always there for me as a modeller, friend, coach mentor etc
CortoCG was ahead of Psyk0 but he dissappeared =(

thats stupid first of all who should know that this will come, and second this year? i gues almost noone released models for esf exept a few, i gues soras enix, robokillas naruto models, thats it.

owell for the overall, i like kreshis and nutzzys and enix most.
NeD had good looking models, though only trunks was ingame awesome.

so those 3 are in my top 3.

all of my models were 100% crap by my current standards, (and alot of peoples) but back then I was still able to find fun in it.

now that im better, its boring as hell =/, which is why i havent continued releasing models for ESF.


i forget the exact # of models released, but it was somewhere around 30, name 1 other person who has even done half of that. (and im not talkin about edits =P)


when it comes to the quality/quantity argument, its quite obvious which path i chose =P.

One person, one modeler who you think is better than anyone else. Seriously, with you giving top 3, I can't find out who's the modeler of the year. And I want to know by monday, since I'm going on vacation, I want to know before I do, then I'll ask Pain to close this thread.

Ermm, why not make a poll so everyone can vote? The only downside is that only 10 people can be in the poll. Unless there is a special "poll" website that allows you to create huge polls. That way we can see which modeler is the best.

Anyway, to be a bit more on topic, I'd say Enix.

There's no such thing imo, all good modelers here are good in different areas where the one lacks the other is good and vice versa. It's more about experience than about talent, with hard work everyone can become good. I've seen alot of underdog modelers around here that are very good but are not mentioned once in this thread which I find a shame.
