AMX mod X help please

i just dowloaded it and the powerlevel giver and all attacks plugins but i dont know how to do any administrative commands could someone list them and tell how to do them. Also where do i put the siles from pl giver and all attacks i put them in scripts is that wrong

We cannot help with powerlevel editors as they are not a part of ESF, and the team does not wish for these to be used.
You'll have to either not use them or ask elsewhere.
