Aiming

Erm hi again, good news i finally got HL1 xD


Bad thing is when i try to aim its off screen soemthwere, the camerea looks at the character but the reticule thing is elsewhere.


Any ideas

Check your Video settings.

Open GL is the best to use, D3D has some bugs and may lag a bit and software is just pure crap ^^

Sorrry for double post but it seems to of fixed itself with the change of screen thing from software to something else. IF it does happen i'll get a screenie

We told you to use Open GL.

Software is bugged. Really bugged. D3D can be a bit laggy but has less bugs than Software. And Open GL is the best choice in ESF.

I have it on Open Gl and it just did it (on the server that kicks me cos of ping "/ and the other has a pass that it doesn't tell)

Weird. Did you try pressing home?

Oh and did you accidentaly press the mouse camera rotate button?

No i didn't press home and i didn't know there is a camera rotate

There is a button when you press it you rotate the camera with the moouse.

Its in the options under camera, controlls.

In any case Home should reset your view.
