AF pack problem w_gb_gs_s.spr.

Hello I need help. I Installed AF Pack and I have an error "w_gb_gs_s.spr". It's happened when I open a server. PLZ help me.

You have a missing file that the game can't find.. I tried googling to find your package ..

However, according to this thread, where I by the way found the link, you're not the only with this problem.

Maybe one of the 2 packages in there has your sprite.. if so place it into your sprite folder and see if it works.. if not you'll need someone with the missing file..in order to make it run like it was supposed to.

Seems like a missing sprite. You can try making a copy if an existing sprite, and renaming the copy to the one thats missing.

That should fix your error. IF the problem continues with a different missing sprite, then the pack you downloaded is incomplete to begin with.

yeah I did exactly what grega suggested. I'm pretty sure its a vegeta based character with a bunch of missing stuff. I had a bunch of missing sprites and some were labeled with a few of his signature attacks.

Its just load for sec and then go to the main menu.

Open the console and look for error messages.

Or better yet copy/paste the entire console in here.

Hey buddy shame you give up, because it tells you the entity limit (512 on hl1 engine) is limited.. This is a limitation in the original bsp files on the gldsrc engine, so take down some entities and try again.

Its not just the map. Each character and character related effect is treated like an entity.
Basically to many custom characters installed to ECX is causing that error.

You may be able to solve it with the fs_lazyprechache 1 command. But its not a guarantee.
Best way would be to remove the .AMXX files of characters that you dont need. That should bring down the number of entities in the game to what the engine can handle.
