arms are too long and hands are just wrong/ugly (no offense :/ )

i got proms with hands too but ive got a tip for ya:

try to scan your own hand and use it as a ref. the height is easy to model, but to get the right shape you could use some refs

This definently is my best model.
Its funny how far I went with this model. I actually yook my shirt off and stood in front of a mirror for about 20 minutes just to see if I can get the porportions right .

Elements going to be skinning this IF he EVER GETS HIS ASS ON AIM... >_>
And itll looks great, since hes a aweome skinner. (You guys havent seen his trunks yet, hehe). Anyway, 50% done with face, only challenge is gohans hair. Hes got a mop :-/.

bleh if he were a child i could help ya (modeled this hair before and i think it looked decent ^^)

anyways, try to keep the face detail high and not to **** up with it and let the skinner do all the work (thats what bout 80% of the modlers here around do -_- ).

as for the hands - and im really ashamed to say this: could ya send me them to have a closer look how theyve been built (i just cant get my ****in hands in the right shape). no fear to copy - just have a look at

If you had to model it, you would consider it a mop (anime hair sux).
Sorry for the lack of update btw, only face left. I was studying for my last midterm :-/.

But I take it in 2 hours at 8:30 tommorow, and then I have all 3 days to model ;o.

nah don´t rush it a good model is supposed to take some time
and since this one looks reall good this far i think we all can wait.
hope you can get some nice hair done and finish it all with a master skin and w00t the perfect gohan is done
