i need help seriously!

everytime i try to download something
after i go through the meter it brings up an error

apdbrowser: not signed?

does anyone know what i can do?

What exactly are you trying to download?

it mostly does it to anything farely small. something strait off a website. if it doesn't come with an installer. i tried to download esf_maps or anything like that. it put a file in the folder. but it has a different logo and you can't open it.
