about mods of view

hi all

i was just playing CS and i thought that the following view

( where u can see what one guys is doing fallowing him ) is great

i dont know if there is one of this in the esf ( i guess not )

but it would be coll if for exemple one server for 2 people could have another space only for viewrs and whit this type of view

and the newbs could learn more and they would not keep asking how to do that and this in the midle of a game

Its calling locked chase cam. Or spectator mode.
its would be greta to be a speatator in a game.
