a few wasted polys (point especialyl on the neck)
and smooth the cheeks abit and nose could get detail.
mouth looks abit wierd.

looks pretty accurate. the only thing that bothers me is the hair, it should be a bit higher, in front view you could barely see it.

Meh, also, how do you make those arms have joints? I mean, the clothes are ubar-baggy, and only 1/2 of the way down... Clothes not finished (obviously)

looken great Bapplebo, I dont know the character so i cant really crit to much,

As far as Joints in the arms, think about how the elbow is gonna bend, and make sure that the poly structure in the clothes will allow it to bend smoothly. Its hard to do with really baggy clothes :X [hence why I havnt modeled Itachi's Over cloak thingy]

Meh. Finished unless anybody has anymore crits. Final Polycount is in the 2000's. Thanks TryForce for the help with the joints.

the elbow joint looks like its on the wrong side of the arm, maybe switch it to proper position? ;o

Sorry if I sound arrogant, but thats the way its supposed to be =O. Here's a pic to show you what I mean. But now that I look at it, I need another row or 2 of polygons.

You've got his torso way to round; it almost looks like a barrel. Try and narrow his profile from the side view some to give him better shape
