That is Abarai Renji from the Bleach anime.
It's looking pretty good, the forehead seems a bit too big though.

Erm cool but if your going to use that many polygons use them wisely its kinda of a bit pointless to have so many atm.

LAWL! Kinda reminds me of Butthead. But, good job otherwise. I've never seen the guy. But I'm sure it's close enough. I can't model heads.........YET >_> ^_^
