Toei Animation/BIRD Suiesha studio animated DBZ.

They have copyright precidence over FUNImation, as they are the licensor.

You have to put they Copyright Information on the splash screen and/or credits. But you also have to get their permission. You may be better off just not telling them, as they will say no.
