Only a few character sould have boosting

Because they have verry few trans and might need an extra ki to kill ssj and others trans

No, every character in DBZ used a power boost technique at some point (even Chi Chi) so it should remain for every character.

Balance issues are easier to deal with by tweaking the PL balances between them, rather than completely removing features from certain characters. Think about that.

Well the balance factor sould be in the game.But think about this you have to chacater same pl ex 5 mil
a goku can go from 5 mil to 9 .5 mil without power up
when a Ginyu can only do from 5 mil to 7.5 mil but goku can also power up from 9.5 mil to 15 mil without a problem so it will be like 15 mil agains 7.5 mil

that wouldnt make sense. if ssj are stronger in the series why should others have boost? With the SSJ stamina burning timer idea that grega suggested, it would get much more balanced and wont break the Dragon Ball Z character's characteristics. So an SSJ 2 would be stronger than an android or picollo form 2, but would not last forever because would have to recharge stamina making him temporaraly weaker, making balance :cool:

oh and non sayans characters also have others advantages, like heal (majin buu) , low PL burn wille swoop (picollo or krilin), like not get detected on radar (androids), and if the buddy system works perfectly with no bugs, in fact it can be very damagable if you can dominate the art. For example when an enemy is going to attack your buddy you can take the buddy off and attack the enemy from the side much easier way, and then call buddy back to make double quantity of KI blasts wille he's getting him self together.
