Your second sig or your second work in photoshop (or any other gfx program)? If its the first, Im sorry, I dont believe you.

Onto the sig - You should make it as if the brushing engulfs Vegeta, right now its really kind of weird, and the fast his body just cuts out like that takes away from it.
