well here it goes:

(1)When I make map my character is 10ft in air when he runs and stuff.
(2)I make a sky and when I compile teh map I run in 2 sky and it is like some water
supstance and it gives me the creeps!
(3)what are those max_patches or max_leaf_faces error?

i know point 2.
the problem is just that the sky is to thin, so just make it thicker and the problem is fixt.

1: get the hullfile and compile your maps with it. Check the mapping sticky.

NEVER SELECT THE WHOLE THING AND SCALE!! Leaves to invalid brushes ! (and alot of them)

I know #2 happens when you're not using the ZHLT compile tools, I don't know if that's the only reason though. ZHLT makes the sky brushes solid, saving you the trouble of having to place NULL or CLIP brushes in front of them to prevent movement.

Both block movement. You'd want to use CLIP though, because of NULL's "hall of mirrors" effect.
But you shouldn't have to anyway, because anyone using Hammer's default compile tools shouldn't be. =P
