Hello...

Umm im having alot of problems lately...

Im no expert at pcs.... i just recently reformatted my pc and i was wondering if i was missing something .... well when i visit this site all the smiely face icons have the red x on them .... in addition, while working on my site, i also had the same problem...

These red x's are suppose to be snow flakes but like stated before... they appear as red x's....

p.s - any html experts in this forum? can you please give me the code for the ability to move ur mouse to a text and a image appears and when your mouse goes off the text, the image disspeares. <-- really important

It happens to me at the forums here. but im not sure if there is a smiley epidemic that made all of the smilies sick and replaced with a red "x", did it work before you formatted?

Shouldn't this be in the tech bench forum section? Im not tryin to be a mod, im just wondering.
