It's mediocre, but honestly, the whole dropping of stereotypes and racial slurs for the shock value died with Chappelle, of course it was funny when Chappelle did it...the first..20 times. The Mencia tries it, and makes an ass of himself, this guy tries it, it's decent, but it's just old.

Although I do find it funny how it's just a joke when a mexican or a black guy does it, but when a white guy does it, he's a KKK.
