It's been a long time since I posted some of my work in here
due to various reasons :S
But anyway post your crits.

woh, she looks scary. Work on her legs.

I like it, looks good, but somethings are off to me.
everything looks good but itslikeher body is cut into two parts one facing west of the image and the otehr facing towards teh people.

the first version looks better, on the second one, the arms look strange and chubby, i dont really like the folds in the pic, they look unrealistic, but its still nice. better then i can do. the head is in the second pic way better dough, looks really nice.

btw: she has verry wide ears

PAN TURNED INTO A MAN! Seriosly, She looks like a man. thats the problem.

you've given her face "too" much definition. anime girls have soft(rounder) chins. but the rest is alright IMO. i hope my reference pic will help you in correcting the small errors you have made.

she might not totally look like pan anymore, I think the drawing style itself is excellent. I think you did a very nice job at it.

Okay I'll thin up her arms and finish them btw
and make her face a little more softer angled...

EDIT:what about this?

A lot better... the face could still be a little rounder (close enough though)

Almost looks like Chi Chi as well.

hmm, it looks a lil better now, but the eyes are the problem , you sorta made the "fighter eyes" on her, and not the cute anime girl eyes, if you change the eyes, it wil b perfecto.
