Matchmaking seems like a feature directed towards consoles.
I wouldn't be surprised if CS-GO was on at least the PS3.

Not too sure how I feel about CS-GO yet, I'm genuinely more excited about HAWKEN though that's for certain.

Some rumors saying it will hit both consoles. Remember when they tried CS on Xbox? It wasn't a total failure.

Oh boy, I can already imagine the complaints and anger from the PS3 players who encounter PC players. I still hope for cross-platform games other than FPS games, a lot of potential.
I wonder if it would be possible to allow a Half-Life 2 mod to be cross platform at a cheap price.. ?

I have a feeling this is gonna be as bad as when Blizzard fired Blizzard North and decided they were going to attempt to make Diablo 3. They started out pretty well for the first year and then decided to take a dive into the f***ing-worthless bin.

They are probably gonna do what they did with Halo. Ban keyboard/mouse from tournaments and separate PC games from Console games.

Yay, a "gameplay" video! I might just have to buy this and play it. One of the main things that made me not like CS: Source as much as 1.6 was the style of the new maps. I can feel the same style in Global Offensive, but it definitely seems like it has a better feel to it than Souce. I'm excited!

What has been said so far is that this is pretty much CS Promod. CS Promod was a Source mod that was 1.6 gameplay with Source graphics. They have also added new weapons like we seen the Molotov above.
