i know this has been asked many times before.. but ive been trying the past 2 days to turn ssj4 vegeta.. but ive researched and and i can find almost nothing except some stupid video on youtube where the guy had a PL changer, which i WILL NOT GET.. thats cheating.. but can som1 please tell me requirements, (ae: PL, hp i need, do i need moon, ect plz and thank you in advance

You need ECX and the Big pack 8.4 installed.

Be Vegeta and get 15 million PL in your base form.

Then get damaged to below 10 HP.

Now when you transform, you should turn to the GT vegeta instead of SSJ.

Then make a wish for the moon and transform. Untill you are SSJ4.

If you dont have the moon out, Vegeta will say something like "Where is that woman" or something similar.

But thats it. If you die, you have to do the whole wish for moon and below 10 HP all over again.

And (again) this works only with ECX RC2 and the Big Pack 8.4 installed
