Phew, I haven't made one of these threads in a couple of years (maybe even before I was Amnestometh here, not sure).
The QX9650 and the Xeon E5440 are on the market now. Normally, this would be where I would completely nerd out and become overly-enthusiastic. However, I think most of the people who visit this section understand the pros and cons of using smaller transistors, so I'll just say that it's nice to see Intel moving forward. AMD, apparently, will be cashing in on all of Intel's hard work as usual by 2008.
