I know, i can quess how difficult it is to proove something like that,Criminals cannot get away easily by pleading insanity as it has to be proven that the criminal is in fact legally insane. Pleading temporary insanity doesn't hold up in court very well. Either way, you wouldn't have an easier life after having plead insanity.
but it is possible to do so (just unlikely), and less possible for a teacher to claim that... I think, atleast for something like this.
But i do belife that she wont get any enprisonment (if the court is sane or not bribed), maybe a fine but that would be all.
It simply would be idiotic to jail some one up for watching porn in wrong plase.
Expecialy when it was unintentional.
Worst that could happne is that she gets fired.
