It's an exploit that wasn't supposed to be in the game.. it multiplies your damage by insane amounts. The way to do it is to make sure your enemy keeps rolling and keep hit him in a way that he proceeds rolling. It's quite easy to do so it's not a well-hidden "bug" it's even allowed to do 2 hits on the ground with the European duel rules, whilst the American ones don't allow it.
