If I convert some esf models into 3D studio max, will I be able to have them allready riged with the skeleton?
You mean Milkshape 3D right Since max cant really decompile HL models. Or compile them for that mather ^^

Well max can compile/decompile hl models with the appropriate plugins... but you also have to have the appropriate max version... 6 or 7 I think. If you have a sooner or later version, the plugins won't work... so yeah... you're pretty much screwed. Otherwise, google them, you'll find them in no time. ^^

And warcraft 3 models require 3ds max version 4 and 5... jesus... just found that out. I know it's off-topic, but it's just an example of how retarded the whole deal is. >_>

In the bushes, stealing your loot
uhm he means 3dsm since its "sooo coool" , lol
uhm there are plugins from version 5-7 of 3dsm

look here down the modeling part:
http://www.interlopers.net/index.php?page=downloads.php

i dont know if the skeletons will be rigged while importing, should be though.
>.> I didn't get 3D studio max cuz it's "sooo coool" even though it is, I want to make esf pirates in it cuz of the great rendering efects and other modeling tools I can use.

Plus I won't have the "not enough actors" problem again.

Oh and thx for the link I'll check it out later.
