Lightup up the pictures so we can see some kind of detail on the skins in the first picture. Otherwise... just add more detail. They're just dark with red eyes from what I can tell. Looks like mostly a brightness change.

try re color not color the whole thing black ok....for the trunks

You need a skinning tutorial O_O seriously man all you doing is like using paint and coloring them black with no detail.

he was never plan black on the coat or on the model it self just the sword and the gloves were black and the eyes i mean really if u need detailed eyes they wow then to bad
