2d stages in 3d style

hello,

i am making a 2d game and i wanna know if some people are able to make 2d looking stages in 3d like tenkaichi, the time chamber and the known mountain stage. (original games are from snes super butouden roms). who is able to convert some some 2d looking stage to 3d for me? if someone is interested let me know and i will show you some stuff for what i am working on.
