ESF Open Beta Final...??

I haven't been in these forums for roughly 7 years... New Account new everything, I'm just trying to figure out if the open beta is still playable?? Played a whole lot of 1.2.3 in the past but now I'm curious if i can still play the beta final?? any answers??? Tried downloading it the whole nine but nadda.. EDIT: I've installed the game and everything i can think of, just cant start it up. I can start up 1.2.3 no problem. So just seeking some info guys and gals.

1.3 open beta is still playable but no servers. I suggest playing 1.2.3 for now.

I've heard about the servers and what not but i cant figure out how to play it at all, no launcher no nothing. even just to check it out thats all i want. Ideas?

after you install just restart steam and it should show up on the list. Also there are no servers but I'm always up to play Via Hamachi
