Strange, I dont have that file, but ESF still works for me!!
I wish it wouldve worked for me. I have been trying all day and it still has not worked once for me. Now when I try and start/join a game is gets to 'Done precaching resources' then is shuts down. I have tried everything. I am running it through CS retail, and I think that might have something to do with it.
