you cant get it, and even if you could, it wouldn't work with ESF. It is an SoS model.

he's 100% frieza needs to be skinned !
im doing it btw dendza you're model is great man (take animations of frieza4)
and with next model PLZ add groups like in frieza4.mdl then it would be easiery way to skin it !!!

I released it way back there u can search and find mirrors and skin it then u have 2 send it back 2 me and then I do stuff on it (tweak it,do new swoop animation)

i got the model with the the head and some of the chest skinmapped, i took a swing at it but quit because of all them triangles to click on from planar mapping in max gave me a headache
