Not possible in Half Life 1 multiplayer maps. Not unless we create a connected server system running multiple maps. And even so going from one map to another could be abused due to the ease of simply flying up.
I'm pretty sure it's possible to do what he's asking, but not in a way that's ideal.. at all. Pretty sure you can have some trigger where if you fly into a certain area you can force the map to change, but that would obviously be really annoying and dumb.

You do. There are triggers for that in the HL entity system. Thats how the SP is held together. That entity pretty much does a mapchange command on the game.

Issue is if you do a map change command the entire server changes to that level and everything is reset. Pretty annoying. But yea thats a single player component. We would need to literally combine multiple servers each hosting the respecive maps and that people can move between. Kinda like what Brad wanted to do with Zeq2.
