When it's done. And seeing as 1.2 and 1.2.1 just came out. and are working on 1.2.2, it won't be out for say... a year?

When it's done. The team has no planned release date so when it's done and when they release it.

Looking at the fact, each beta took about a year to be released. It'll probably the same for 1.3
