Whenever I currently try to play a Youtube movie, it just gives me the player, playing a static green screen. Anyone else having this problem, or is it just isolated to me?

For some reason, when viewing my own videos on my own channel, the videos are choppy. When viewed outside my channel, they're fine. I have no idea what's causing this and from what I hear, other people have no problems viewing videos on my channel. Anyone have any idea what's going on? :(
