uub or majinuub

Ok I know but I think this would be a good char to add, have it uub which is a reincarnation of Kid Majin Buu, and he would be able to transform into his powered up form, then when he gets more KI he would be able to transform into Majinuub, he would have finger candy, and i forget the other...
