    Who is doing the spriting/skinning for 1.3?

    I was wondering who did the spriting for 1.3 I am bored and want to make some good sprites like vanishing ball, kid buus attack. Meh, if it was good enough maybe the team would use it, i'm just bored and am anctious to help.
