i need help. When trying to start a new game (the game is Ecx Rc2) already starts to load and suddenly pops up an error "Microsoft Visual C + + Runtime Library" what is going on please hel

Hey, i'm new to this board and I need some help. When I run my own server in esf or play other people on the internet. almost about 70% of the time when it says parsing server info or right before it my ESF pops up with a Runtime Error. please help me fix this.
