    Making the transitions of polygons from 2d-to 3d.

    I am new at modeling and I am having trouble making a 3d model. When I use the faces I use an image to guide me. But It comes out all flat because I dont know how to "turn" the faces to make a 3d transition. Ive tried rotating and using a different projection but it just confuses me. Help...

    Questions about mapping ESF

    I have started mapping HL and have made some rooms and such that worked, however. I haven't figured the sky box thing out yet and haven't found good info. on it.     Almost Complete 3rd Model!!

    Well here it is, try and geuss what it is! lol... remember it's only my third model so far... Tell me what you think! What needs to be done! I know the hair in the back is a bit freakish, the hair all in all might be messed up... I kinda like it for my 3rd model...

    I was just wondering what is the Max Polys a model in Half-Life can have? I know that in Quake 3 it can support over 1000 but thats Quake lol. Thnx :id:
