im using counter strike 1.6 from cs anthology pack and wen i start a game the map loads but wen i join a team the game does crash but sticks on the page when u would pick with team force u want to be (e.g for ct sas etc) can anybody help?

Hi, I have got ESF with EvolutionX installed. How can I decrease the PL needed for each character to transform? Must I modify some files to do that? Thanks. Example: if a character needs "1500" PL to transform into 2^ form, I want decrease the PL needed to do that to "150".
