I recently purchased a video card(GeForce FX 5200 PCI 128 MB DDR) installed and it doesn't help my FPS at all.Do you have to do a console command to activate it or something?Please help, I really need it.I'm getting in the 10-20s :(...(and yes, I have done everything to help the FPS)
