Hey, I somehow lost the Giant Forest map for esf! Is there anywhere that I can download it?

Uhh.. I went into my esf folder after I tried the Giant Forest map, and I saw that it took screenshots so im like wtf? Then I saw it took screen shots when I was just seeing what the new map looked like... thats why i had liek 4fps because it kept taking screen shots lol i had like 500 ... this...
