compressed or encrypted

I alredy had this problem but i cant remember how i turn it off.Can someone remember me how to? The folder(file) names on my desktop are "glowing" blue(or any color i will set like black). I cant enter imageshack to show you pic. but If i upload it I will show you the picture.
