Well i think the only way to make beam spaming ussless is to make the beams explosion radios by half smallar like Greaga sayid , and add A19 and A20 Androids To suck some Ki from evry beam +100 000 ki per beam and they will have a small speed just agains beam spamers dmg speed bwt 200 and 300...
