3dsm

How do you open an hl .mdl model in 3dsm4

used 3DSM, and PS for this one. It was pretty rushed, took around 30 mins. couldnt really add much detail, cuz I had to run.

I know about WC and Autocad and that there are other programs out there equiped to build maps, But i want to build one using 3d studio max. Does anyone know of any tuts i could find somewhere or have the knowledge them selfs to help me out.

Rendering Programs?? What is a FREE Rendering Program I can use? Would I have to get 3DSM...or some expensive program like that?

Some people think the font is crap... and I do too... kinda Anyone have fonts suggestions? Critz!... and yea... thats all

does anyone know if there is a way to export a model from ms3d to 3dsm WITHOUT losing the bones for animation? because if not i'm not going to learn animation, but if there is i'll try

hello, i would like to start doing some wallpaper and cool stuff and i want to know what 3d progs r u useing?

Ive been trying some renders... and it takes me 5-10 min to get 3% of the rendering done.... If I dont render it, and save it... would it come out jaggy? or the same? Ive tried.... and it kinda looks a little jaggy... when I rendered half of it and canceled because it was taking to long.... But...

when i create something and i whant to render it, i get a render tab, i can edit a lot of settings, but there isnt an aply button or something like that, so how do i aply the render to a pic i made??? edit: anyone??

hey guys, i got both Programs, and when i try and Setup up them(by Pressing setup),my pc thinks for 5 secs or so, and then does nothing, this happen to anyone? and if som, what did u do O_o?

very confused, i have it registered and stuff, and i click on it and it starts initializing and loading plugins and then suddenly it just closes, no error message or anything, i'm using windows 98 pentium 3 733mhz if anyone has any idea whats wrong here please reply
