well... all i wanna ask is how to deal with it... i already tried re-downloading it... i downloaded it three times off different servers and the same message comes up when it starts 'Configuring Windows Installer' the bar freezes and then a while later this message comes up : '1608: Unable to...

i use win 2k if u cant find a fix for this please make a BETA Zip file for us that have this problem
