Those are meaningless…after Furiza died, there weren’t any power levels…everything beyong trunks killing furiza is just speculation..
That article IS flawed…With Goku gone, Piccolo was the second strongest being on the planet, Vegeta being first.
Tenshinhan, of course, lagged behind like everyone else did.
After Piccolo fused with Kami, he was stronger than any of the super saiya-jin at that point..therefore he was MUCH stronger than Tenshinhan.
Tenshinhan managed to hold Cell back ONLY because his attack was very strong..it wasn’t even strong enough to injure Cell, just knock him back.

Let’s look at this logically. Tien and Krillin have both been training alot since DB. Krillin was nearly as strong as Goku and Tien was a good match as well. Tien’s final attack (Kikoho) is devistating, it would have killed Nappa, if he hadn’t blocked at the last second. Then again, had Nappa “caught” the kienzan he would have been cut in two. They both train like hell, King Kai trains Tien, but Saiochorro/Guru (sp?) releases Krillin’s true strength.
Given their initial strength, and the fact that Krillin retired while Tien did not, I’m confident that Tien is stronger, albiet by a neglegent amount when compared to the power of the other warriors, including Piccolo.
