I think you’re forgetting that Krillin and Frieza are in this game. Both of these characters could be easily beaten by the other characters in the show, however, the team simply adjusted their KIs to be balanced. This game isnt suppose to be 100% DBZ. If it was, Buu could destroy everybody, regardless of their transformed state, without even having to transform.
The ghost attack could be a “beam” attack. (Bear with me, here.) You charge the one ghost up, and then “fire” him towards someone. It might be hard to make it look convincing, but not impossible, I’m sure.
I think the splitting headache/rising beam would be cool. I reckon Gotenks should be included, but he shouldn’t get the kame.

Nah, i’m pretty sure that only Piccilo and Gohan can do Masenko. Neither Goten nor Trunks ever trained with Piccilo i dont think.

He has powerbeam (which may be masenko) cuz you know he has at least one beam attack, and when he is about to turn un-ssj3 he yells “Power…” poof, non-ssj3 and only attack I know of with that in front is Power Beam. Goten trained with Gohan
Just because Goten trained with Gohan doesn’t mean he has everything Gohan knows. If that is true, he should have the shield attack.
Right anyways heres an idea for Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack. You charge them up right (normal procedure) but the longer you charge it, the faster and longer they last.
