This computer isnt top of the line, but it can handle tons. I dont get any gfx lag in game, its sweet 
This demo model is killing me. Im not satisfied with it at all but Im sorta running out of time so meh. I honestly want to get back to naruto

omg,the bottom of the legs is way to fat.just check your ref and it will be fine.
The arm sleeve is a bit too big dont you think ? Make it smaller

Life’s been crazy. I went party hopping yesterday, hit up 3 partys but called the nite short @ 1am so I could get up and get some work done for NEI today, which in return would give me time to finally finish this model. I had work friday and saturday, last day of school thursday and i have graduation tommoro. So I had to get it finished today, though I’m still open to crits (drawovers are appreciated) before I start skinning.

looks good, but his hair (in my opinion) goes too far up, and his toes could to with being seperated- then again, that detail could proly go in the skin.
ok so. All ive skinned so far is the face…so it doesnt show up when imported to max for a quick rendering. And this wasa really quick rendering but least shows where I’m at with it.

the neck is doing a / \ try to make it stright and the arms are going up as they grow make then strighter too like a humad arm his arm looks like it’s bending upward…

Looks good so far. You should consider adding folds to the bandana and also adding some more detail on the face and ears.
Cell shading is tricky when trying to add a good amount of details, I’ve done a few naruto cell shaded skins myself.
the eyebrows seem a lil to skinny and the celshade makes the nose and mouth look to wide looks awsoem anyway great work fix the neck yet? lol

Still have to put the little red symbol majigger on em and touch up the face but this should give you a good idea of what the finished product will look like. I wanna put in some folds but as of now, I’m just trying to familarize myself with max.
Well nice start, though In my opinion I would go back to the old hair colour, it just looked better ;p. And Move the arm back on the side back even more! Move it almost to the back of the.. back. XD. Im loving this keep it up dude!
