if you can’t keep a 10 year old girl under control, i don’t think you need to be a parent.

Eh, you’re a bad police officer if you cannot restrain a 10 year old girl without having to taze her, even with the nutcrackery.
I hate grey area cases like these.
I can kind of agree to trying her as an adult simply because she had been on psyche meds since she was 9, so I’m pretty sure she had also seen a shrink a few times. She had help, but blew it.
But the whole minor thing is what makes it a big deal, which sucks.
In the end I also don’t like how there are written laws but in reality they are subjective, it gives me mixed feelings on the case itself but beyond that it’s a /facepalm.
