The front of that belt thingy has lotsa wasted polys, thats one area i found with too many.. But the model looks alright, but could have the same/more detail with less poly’s, liek that ginyu model on the frontpage is awsome and a nice count..

I know how easy could skinning be ^^ u see it! (urgh!!! its so ugly!)
It looks like the neck is bigger than the face. His eyes are on opposite sides os each other. His hair looks twisted with bad vertex manipulation (I think the word is same for modeling).
There’s also two different colors on the neck. His face is too much of an ‘octagon’. I also think the face color should be the same as the body.
That’s about all I can think right now.

Hey, TryForce. Like i told you on MSN, i can’t map it until you fix the errors on the face. Theres a nose backface, and some otehr backfaces on the back of the neck and the side of the head. and the hair is kinda all messy and stuff. So, fix that and i can map it. Since your using milkshape, make sure that its on “ignore backfaces” so you will see what i mean.
