Very common riddle, but I believe the original is a bit more complex.
My one:
Two men are walking down the street and two women are walking towards them. One of the men says, “there goes my wife and my daughter.” But then the other man also says, “there goes my wife and my daughter.” How is this possible? (Many people bang their heads over this one, but the answer is actually very simple.)
one of the woman has a baby in her arms or is pregnant… otherwise it is impossible. or there is soemthing you forgot to mention.
unless of course they arent talking about the women walking towards them…

Like I said, the answer is very simple, but people often offer up a variety of convoluted answers that are always amusing to watch
