be honnest the entire model is good to great looking but…the face scruw’s it all up my advice would be redo it

both, and maybe, i dont know much about modeling, but maybe u can “alpha map” the red things between the second sword (alpha mapping makes it possible to see trough the skin eh? am i right?)
yeah, ur right sicron but the model wouldnt be alpha mapped in hl2… so its kinda use less… i got to model it then… ^^ 1000 polys would be able to do it
you need to make his eyes alot bigger, almost all the charcacters in the game have big bright eyes, his hair also has a different shade of grey, in some of the ingame videos it looks to have a very tiny bit of blue in it too.
I think the blue is from the background. Most of the videos I see with Riku in it are somewhat… bright or blue colored.
yeh maybe, I am a bit color blind so im not the best to be giving color advice, but definately make the eyes bigger

yeah… i modeled the face like ur sora… without real eyes.. but a little unanimate able mouth.. cuz i think i shouldnt do in the first release of our mod such a big thing XD

he got the keyblade from an unknown, the blade he get from malificent is this one:
